But I am constantly impressed these days with just how B&Hs website AND their iPhone app are both so convenient and comprehensive. Their app department almost never misses a trick, and on the rare occasions that they do, they have honestly amazed me with how courteously responsive they are to our feedback, and to our requests for new features and improvements! I LOVE THESE PEOPLE! CAN YOU TELL?

Looks good, easy to use and provides plenty of info.

Apps dont always work better than the website does--lots dont come close to working as well, which is kinda bizarre. But bh is the rare app I actually prefer to just using the website. Fast, usable, not crippled, stays out of the way, and frequent stable updates.

Love how BH keeps up with the latest features. Apple Watch integration is cool. Apple Pay integration just allowed me to place my order even though I left my wallet at home by accident. This prevented me from having to delay the order by a day. Love love love the app. I wish every app was like this.
