There are apps out there dealing with database of similar size (e.g. Wine) that are sluggish and unreliable. There are also apps that present a fraction of the official websites content but at the same time not easy to navigate (what is the point). Other developers should learn from this.

I did the whole process 5 times but the app freezes when using my rewards card number. I will need to make a sixth attempt from the website.

Im continually impressed with B&H and their app. B&H have the best selection of any photography by far. Their app is continually updated and the features it offers are simply great. Best search layout, best photography selection, even best cart for checkout. These guys and girls make the process seamless even for international purchases like mine (Canada) by including built in currency conversion and including all associated shipping and import costs.
