There is no store like B&H. Two things I miss using the app is some filters at my search (website version has a little bit more options) and the comparison feature. This app always help me to make the right purchase!

Good shopping and general information app fot B&Hs mindblowing selection of products. I particularly like the wishlist function to prepare my next shopping spree in their NYC superstore.

One of the best photo and video (also accessories) store. And now they have an app... First I was sceptical because apps referring to websites often arent that impressive. But this one is well done, almost perfect. Its stylish and things are easy to find. Thank you B&H

One of if not the best shopping apps in the App Store. If u r looking do photography equipment, video equipment or anything related this is the place to look. Hats off to the apps designer for a pleasant shopping experience. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for photography equipment of pro video equipment. Way to go B&H

If it is gear, you will find it here. The app is easy to navigate and does everything you expect it to do. Only thing it is missing is conversion to other currencies. (How much is that in Canadian money?)That is a minor thing. All around, it is awesome!

The app crashes with iOS9.1 Also, the search engine on the app: would be nice not having to re-type everything if wed just like to modify a word in the search...

Doesnt matter what you buy or how much you spend. After that 30 days is up you are on your own. They tell you that they are not obligated to give you any support with faulty products because of this "30 day"policy they offer. Its presented to look like a no fuss return policy but its really a blanket policy to rid them of any responsibility to uphold any warranty on anything they sell you past 30 days.

The app works great on my iPad and iPhone. Products are easy to find, prices are competitive, and descriptions are detailed. Products ship quickly and tracking is accurate (Im in the west coast of Canada). Earlier in the year I experienced an issue with a purchase not showing up in my cart. The customer service response was fast and friendly and the issue was resolved right away. I wish apps I actually have to pay for were as comprehensive and trouble free as this freebie.

I lost my shopping cart when I signed into my account. The latest version seems to be simplified to the extreme. I find that Im hunting for things and using the search function more.
